ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A Studio Manager is included in the rental rate for weekday bookings. For weekend bookings, the Studio Manager fee is $350 flat per day.
Additional power beyond the included 600 amps is available on each stage for $350/day per additional 600 amps.
Standard daily trash disposal is included. Any waste exceeding the capacity of our 8-yard dumpster will be billed at $50 per yard.
Access to a 30-yard dumpster is available at $375 each way for pickup/delivery, plus $120 per ton.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility and is included in the rental rate.
