A 50% deposit on the stage and equipment is required prior to arrival. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before your shoot.
Overtime charges, additional waste disposal, extra equipment, and expendables will be billed on a separate invoice and must be paid within 10 days of receipt.
A credit card must be kept on file for all reservations, regardless of the payment method. Checks and credit cards are accepted.
A 3.5% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
A 50% deposit by ACH or credit card, along with a credit card on file, is required to confirm a hold.
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% service charge.
A soft hold will be given to any production that requests one.
If more than one production is interested in the same date or dates, additional productions may be given a second or third soft hold.
Productions with a second or third soft hold may challenge earlier holds. When a hold is challenged, productions with earlier holds will be given 24 to 48 hours to pay their deposit and confirm a solid hold.
If an earlier hold is released, the challenging production may confirm a solid hold with a 50% deposit.
All G&E and production supplies are provided by Samson. Outside gear is not permitted without prior consent.
Any equipment brought in without approval will be added to the final bill at a half-day rate.
If a production requires equipment or supplies that are not available in-house, we can provide them through one of our partners.

If your production qualifies for tax-exempt status, please inform the Studio Manager and submit your Exempt Use Certificate by email or fax.
Any special effects or stunt-related activities must be declared at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Water effects
- Pyrotechnics
- Wire work
All stunts must be performed by licensed technicians. Copies of all applicable licenses must be provided to Stage Management.
Each production is allotted two yards of trash.
Additional trash disposal is available at a rate of $60 per yard.
If your production requires disposal of large set pieces or is expected to generate excessive waste, please contact us in advance so a suitable dumpster can be scheduled.
Larger Dumpster Fees, Including Permit
- 10 Yard Dumpster: $525
- 20 Yard Dumpster: $625
- 30 Yard Dumpster: $750
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any violation without written consent will result in an immediate halt to production and a $5,000 fine charged to the production renting the studio at the time of the violation.
Insurance certificates and endorsements must be submitted at least three business days prior to the shoot date.
Failure to submit the required insurance documentation will be regarded as a forfeited cancellation.
