No, no matter which studio you rent, you’ll have exclusive use of the main area. Typically, we only rent the space to one client at a time. Renting the full floor gives you use of both studios.

You may bring in your own cameras and lenses. However, rentals that are on our in-house list must be rented through Chelsea 28, as opposed to an outside rental house. Please see our Gear page for a list of equipment available for rental.

You may set your call time to whatever time you would like. Please check with us for additional fees for call times earlier than 7 AM.

Yes, Chelsea 28th has relationships with reputable rental houses to source any gear you need. 

Chelsea 28th offers full-day rentals (10 hours), half-day rentals (5 hours), and a 3-hour rental package.

Yes. Chelsea 28th has access to some of the best talent in NYC. From DPs and Line Producers to Gaffers and PAs, we can help you assemble a team within your budget. 

Chelsea 28th may or may not require a COI, depending on the shoot. Please get in touch with us directly for more information.
