What is an LED Video Wall?
A video wall is a special way to set up multiple monitors. It is made up of several computer monitors, video projectors, or TVs that are tiled together or overlapped to make one large screen. LCD panels, Direct View LED arrays, blended projection screens, Laser Phosphor Displays, and rear projection cubes are examples of common display technologies.
Screens made to be used in video walls usually have narrow bezels so that there is less space between the active display areas. They are also made to last a long time.
Displays like these generally have the hardware needed to connect other displays of the same type together, as well as connections to send power, video, and command signals between screens in a chain.
A command signal may, for example, power all screens in the video wall on or off, or adjust the brightness of a single screen after a bulb change (in projection-based screens).
There are instances of video walls in control rooms, stadiums, and other large public venues. A Reason to use a Video Wall instead of a Single Large Screen
