Day One: Setup:
We spend time with any participant who was not available day one or who needs extra help.
Then we do a full dress rehearsal.
We redo any section that is not perfect. And all is recorded.
This recording may be used as an emergency backup if any remote connection fails during the live WebCast or if any participant has an issue that we can’t immediately address.
