Calling all student filmmakers! Free day in green screen studio!
Do you want a free day in a green screen studio with free equipment including a 2.5K resolution camera, a dolly, gib, and much more to create a short film? If the answer is yes, the American Movie Company is calling for all student filmmakers who have emails that end in “.edu” to submit their short films via YouTube or Vimeo. Anything goes.

Do you have the craziest film idea that you are just dying to make? Has anyone told you that your film will never get made? Have no fear because the American Movie Company is here. Make whatever you want and try to impress us. Just get it done in 5 minutes or less. There is NO ENTRY FEE, NO CONTENT RESTRICTION. ANY GENRE. We DO NOT care if your film costs $5 or $50,000 to produce. If you have a story to tell, tell it, and send it to us at [email protected].
We will choose the top 10 films based on their creativity and skill and then have the world vote on which film they like best. If your film is chosen as the best, you will win a free day in our green screen studio to create the project of your choice. Our producer, cinematographer, gaffer, and production assistants will be on hand to make sure that you’ll get your film done and looking the best it can possibly be. Get your creative juices flowing and submit today!!! The deadline is: August 19th 2013. What do you have to lose?
