Above film studio image is our faciliy on street level holding space for Cortlandt Alley and Tribeca and Chinatown film/video shoots.  It can also be used as a shooting space.  The rental price for 12 hrs is $3000 and includes the large basement area as well.  Should you wish a small photo or video insert shoot in the basement only please call for an adjusted price.

As it has windows on thestreet is it not generally suitabe for sound recording.  The baement, natutrally, is quiet
