In the near future, a significant house power update is planned. Meanwhile, an externally mounted power plant sourced from a third party can deliver uninterrupted power adapted to your specific needs.
The grid covers the internal area and is flush with the building structure, resulting in a grid height of 27 feet. Each single point on the 5-5 grid is rated at 250 pounds.
The roof has been insulated against exterior intrusions, and Insulquilt has been used to cover the whole height of the ‘box within a box’ walls. Allowing you to use the entire interior for your purposes.
Each of the two rows has eight columns. From north to south, they are approximately 56 feet apart, offering a huge unobstructed area.
The offices are in close proximity to the stage and come in a variety of sizes, ranging from single rooms to entire floors, and are all protected by a hospital-grade filtration system.
Nearby utility spaces and multi-purpose rooms, including workshop areas, are accessible a la carte to ensure a smooth production. Parking is available in a secure environment.
There are 14 designated parking spaces adjacent to the studio and within the security controlled area. There are also 12 trailer parking sites to accommodate any transportation needs.
A 3rd party sourced system can supply service via internal ducts that do not impinge on the interior working space if it is externally located. A MERV filtering system is included with any HVAC filter system.
INTERNAL ANCILLARY SPACE
The Studio is a 3000 sq ft enclosed area with restroom facilities for a variety of functions (catering/offices/wardrobe).
