Caroline Jones Sings on Green Screen
She, sat on a pure white chair stark against the chroma green screen and sang her heart out. In one afternoon, without a single mistake, a single wrong note, she moved form slow intimate songs to rhythmic melodies that rocked the rafters.
She was offered a teleprompter but refused, as unlike the past five pop singers here at the studio, she clearly did not need the device to insure she did not forget her lyrics (how about all those other divas and the National Anthem embarrassment!) . Unlike them Caroline had mastered every nuance of every lyric. (Actually we had one dude who fancied himself a pro, he flubbed the lyrics even with a teleprompter.
The end result in one day on the green screen stage she shot enough material for a whole month and more of music video for her website.
AMC Director of Photography, Jason Krangel captured her on video with the company’s new Sony FS100 50mm prirme Licia lens.. Max Futterman recorded the sound and did the music edit. Phil Fleisher edited the video.
The video below, even though not a green screen shot, gives you an idea of her awesome talent.
