Policy
- PAYMENT: Payment in full, upfront is required, COD. Payment can be made as Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order.
- IDENTIFICATION: Two forms of I.D. are required. Non-students, will need A or B and C. Students will be required to provide A or B and D, E.
- Drivers License
- State I.D.
- Utility Bill
- Student I.D.
- Students, current semesters schedule.
- PICKUP: Pickup after 12PM the day before your rental period begins.
- RETURN: Return by 10AM the day after your rental period ends otherwise you will be charged for the entire day.
- PICKUP & RETURN: Early pickups and late returns must be confirmed with us a day before pickup or return. A late penalty will apply as stated in 4.
- INSURANCE: Insurance is included.
- REPLACEMENT of EQUIPMENT: If you damage or break any equipment or any equipment is lost or stolen or we determine that you have damaged or broken or lost or had stolen any equipment while the equipment was in your possession, then you will be responsible for paying up to a $1,000.00 insurance deductible, for the repair or replacement of the damaged or broken or lost or stolen equipment. If for any reason the insurance does not pay for any damage above $1,000.00, then you are responsible for the full cost (Replacement Price) of the repair or replacement of the damaged or broken or lost or stolen equipment.
- DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit of the “Total Due” is required, in order to reserve the day(s) you need the equipment for.
- CANCELATION: If you decide to cancel your rental within 48 hours of “Date Out” then you will be required to pay a 10% cancelation fee of the “Total Due”. Otherwise you will get back your full Deposit.
