For 20 years Frank ran his own communications business and for fifteen years was a marketing consultant and innovative marketing strategist specializing in creating awareness for companies such as AT&T, IBM, PepsiCo, Pfizer, and others.

Frank consulted with Creditanstalt-Bankverein, the Austrian Bank, and Dr. Herbert Werner on the financing of a slate of pictures for Carlco including: Terminator , starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. He and Dr. Wearner also funded Bernardo Bertolucci & Jeremy Thomas' slate of films which included the The Last Emperor an Academy Award ® winning biopic.

He was co-founder and president of Major Arts/Entmark Group Ltd., a producer of numerous feature films, television productions ( Happy Days , First Person Singular , Trucking & Nashville as well as over 250 concerts with such artists as: Iron Butterfly, Steppenwolf, Bombers, Sticky Fingers, Cowsills, the Temptations, et al, children's educational series and the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He Executive Produced projects with Bob Hope, Sammy Davis, Jr., Flip Wilson, Gary Busey, Ray Sharkey, Farrah Fawcett, Julio Iglesias, Sheena Easton, Gloria Estefan and The Police, et al.

His project highlights include co-producing: Farrah Fawcett's album and famous poster, over 100 rock concerts., America Laughs – a 200 year history of humor in the USA featuring Flip Wilson and sponsored by Pepsi-Cola, multi-media road show reaching over 3,000 schools nationwide. A musical celebration. Frank produced a network special starring Julio Iglesias, Jermaine Jackson, Sheena Easton & Gloria Estefan.
